4. Wearing Periwinkle Leaves: Periwinkle leaves are believed to have protective properties. They are often worn as necklaces or placed in hair to protect against evil spirits and to ensure good health.

5. Drinking Realgar Wine: Realgar wine is a traditional drink made with realgar (a type of ore) and wine. It is believed to have medicinal properties and is consumed to ward off evil spirits.

6. Dragon Boat Festival Poems: The festival is also associated with the poet Qu Yuan, who drowned himself in the Miluo River in the 5th century BC. People write and recite poems in his honor during the festival.
