The goldfish granted her wishes, and the old woman's husband was turned into a fish, just like the goldfish. The old woman was relieved, but she still had the greedy husband's wealth.

The fisherman, hearing about the old woman's story, decided to test the goldfish's magic one more time. He caught the goldfish and asked it to grant him three wishes.

The goldfish agreed, and the fisherman wished for enough fish to feed his family for the rest of their lives, for the old woman to be poor again, and for the greedy husband to be turned into a humble fisherman.

The goldfish granted his wishes, and the fisherman's life returned to normal. His family was happy and well-fed, and the old woman was poor once more. The greedy husband, now a humble fisherman, worked hard and lived modestly, never forgetting the lessons he had learned from the magical goldfish.
