The Florence Nightingale Pledge, also known as the Nightingale Oath, is a professional pledge taken by nurses. Here is the English version:

"I solemnly pledge myself before God and in the presence of this assembly, to pass my life in the service of humanity.
I will uphold the standards of my profession, maintain the honor and dignity of the nursing profession, and use my knowledge and skills for the benefit of those whom I serve.
I will practice my profession with the utmost respect for human dignity and the rights of individuals, and I will treat all persons with kindness, compassion, and respect.
I will maintain confidentiality and privacy in all matters concerning my patients, and I will not disclose any information without their consent.
I will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and I will strive to improve the quality of patient care through continuous education and professional development.
I will use my skills and knowledge to promote health, prevent illness, and alleviate suffering.
I will uphold the ethical principles of my profession, and I will act with integrity and honesty in all my professional activities.
I will never engage in any act that would bring discredit to my profession, and I will always strive to improve the welfare of those I serve.
I make this pledge freely, without any reservation, and I will uphold it as long as I am a registered nurse."
This pledge is often taken by nursing students during their graduation ceremonies.
