张钦，字用和，临江人。洪武中，以贤良文学举于乡。初授刑部主事，迁员外郎，历南京吏部尚书，进阶中大夫。钦历官清正，所至有声。

He served as the Minister of Personnel in Nanjing, and was promoted to the rank of Medium-level Official. Zhang Qin maintained integrity and fairness in his official duties, and wherever he went, he had a good reputation.
